Nop, no problem. I use the smoth, first at all I put a large line with the brush tool (diameter 120px ) then I use the smodge tool in it with 80% of strength and 140px, then when I have the basic form I use the same tool but smaller like 31px and with 68% of strength, finally I use it with 10px and with 78% of strength.

Basicly you need to play with the smodge, the flow and the opacity and thats all ^^ anywey look at these tutorial [link] it was very useful for me.
